The Invitrogen E-Gel Opener G5300-01 is a simple but efficient device designed to quickly open an E-Gel cassette. This allows for DNA fragment purification, sample transfer onto a membrane for Southern blot analysis, and post-staining of Clear E-Gels. The E-Gel Opener is safe and easy to use, with two steel blades for quick and safe opening of the cassette. It is made of anodized aluminum for maximum durability. This accessory is for use with E-Gel Cassettes and is part of the E-Gel product line. The system is fully functional and ready to use, and comes with a 30-Day Warranty, 100% Parts and Labor. Note: Software not included.
