The Invitrogen E-Gel Opener G5300-01 is a simple device designed to efficiently open an E-Gel cassette. This allows for the purification of DNA fragments from the gel, transfer of samples onto a membrane for Southern blot analysis, and post-staining of Clear E-Gels. The E-Gel Opener, made of anodized aluminum, ensures safe and quick opening of the E-Gel cassette. It does not harm the gel, making subsequent procedures more efficient. The E-Gel Opener is suitable for use with E-Gel Cassettes in DNA analysis applications. The device is in new other (see details) condition and comes with a 30-Day Warranty, 100% Parts and Labor.
