It also includes a 4-liter ice condensing capacity, a full-color touch screen display, smart sensor-driven technology, a temperature controller, and a programmable processor. The operation allows for recipe customization with up to 120 different combinations, and it includes a 7 CFM oil-free vacuum pump. This scientific freeze dryer is equipped with a thermocouple to control shelf temperature. All units are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
