Product Information

The Vaisala DMT340 Dew Point and Temperature Transmitter is a reliable, accurate instrument designed for demanding industrial applications with dry conditions. It offers excellent long-term stability in dew points down to -60 degC (-58 degF). The unique DRYCAP sensor is immune to particulate contamination, water condensation, oil vapor, and most chemicals. The unit has been fully tested and has slight cosmetic blemishes from regular use. Applications include compressed air drying, metal treatment, and similar industrial processes. The Vaisala DMT341 and Rotronic Hygroflex are also part of this offering. The system has a graphic/numeric display, menu-based user interface, and datalogging capability. It automatically stores one year of dew point and temperature data for analysis. The auto-calibration function, patented by Vaisala, ensures accurate measurements and corrections to the calibration curve. This unit is crucial for applications that experience water spikes in low dew point settings.
