The Thermo Scientific Nunc 339652 is a 50ml conical centrifuge tube designed for high throughput protein expression screening and cell line development. With an adjustable 4-level vented cap and a 0.2 m filter membrane, it allows controlled gas exchange and air circulation without contamination. It is suitable for suspension culture, with sterile and non-pyrogenic properties. This new, unopened box of 500 tubes is ideal for screening, small volume high throughput analysis, protein expression suspension culture volumes ranging from 10mL to 25mL and offers convenient pack sizes. The polypropylene tube, HDPE cap and PTFE filter membrane make it suitable for various applications.
