The Sartorius Stedim 16373 BioWelder Stainless Steel Disposable Cutting Blades are new in original packaging and come in a box containing 50 pieces. The blades are made of Alloy S (Ni Cr) and are clean from processing residues using an automated ultrasonic cleaning process. These blades are designed for the Biowelder total containment, a fully automated device for welding dry and liquid-filled tubing. The welding process is simple and fully automated, initiated via the LCD touch screen. The blades are heated up for depyrogenation then cooled down to the welding temperature, while an infrared sensor monitors and controls the blade temperature throughout the process. With different lot numbers to support the process and ensure full functionality, these blades are supported by complete validation studies. These blades can be used for welding and cutting tubes and creating a new fluid path in laboratories.
