Product Information
Protein Technologies Symphony Peptide Synthesizer. Model Number: Symphony. Electrical Requirements: 115 Volts AC, 60 Hz, 1.25 Amps, 1 Phase. Retail Price: $110,000.00. Condition: Used, removed from service, powers up and seems to function, may need some work. Check pictures for cosmetic conditions. No software or computer in this system. SOLD AS-IS. The Symphony is designed specifically for no-compromise multiple solid-phase peptide syntheses. If you are a new laboratory, consider starting with the 4-channel Symphony Quartet. Its modular design allows it to be field-upgraded from 4-channels to a 12-channel Symphony as the synthetic needs of your lab change. The Symphony offers features such as fast multiplex operation, low coupling cost, variable synthetic scales, automated cleavage, and customizable protocols. The 12-channel synthesizer acts like 12 separate single-channel synthesizers, allowing different reaction times and protocols to be varied for each step of the synthesis. The Symphony operates with six pressurized solvents and twenty additional reagents, and has precise fluid measurement and solution transfer capabilities.
