Eksigent NanoLC 2D System is a second-generation HPLC system used for low-volume nanoliter proteomic analysis by mass spectrometry. This is a great HPLC system because it provides flow precision control capable of responding to a 1 nL/min change in flow rate, a pump for reproduceable runs, and unparallel response time. The system is capable of automated two-dimensional separations, resulting in highly reproducible separations with unmatched sensitivity and low-solvent waste. The NanoLC system delivers stable and reproducible separations for peptide/protein identification, phosphopeptide analysis, biomarker discovery, metabolomics, and more. Identify more proteins from complex mixtures with the automated 2-D chromatography feature, and take advantage of nanospray sensitivity, reducing solvent consumption by 99%! General Description: Eksigent NanoLC 2D System easily integrates with Thermo Electrons Xcalibur software, Bruker Daltonics HyStar system and ABI/Sciex Analyst software. The unit is used and in good working condition with some minor visual cosmetic wear from regular use, as shown in pictures. Plexi glass has been repaired with epoxy glue. The system will be tested before shipping.
