The Applied Photophysics COMPLETE Monochromator System SX-20 is an exceptional stopped-flow system that boasts outstanding sensitivity, sleek opto-mechanical performance, and robustness. Its wide temperature range and exceptional fluorescence sensitivity make it ideal for determining protein structure and drug-binding processes. The system is fully equipped, including computer/software, mouse, keyboard and monitor, Mocochromator, Model 4101005, 150W Xenon Lamp and housing, Sequential Stopped-Flow Sample Handing System Unit, Absorbance Photomultiplier, Type R928, Lamp Power Supply, Electronics Unit SX, and more accessories, wires, and cables. Although this system is working, it will require calibration and qualification before being put into service. The monochromator is optimized for absorbance and fluorescence without the need for reconfiguration, and features a full scanning capability and exceptionally high fluorescence sensitivity with low inner-filtering.
