The 7000 combines thermalcycling, fluorescence detection, and application-specific software in a single instrument. The 7000 SDS detects accumulated PCR product cycle-by-cycle, making quantitative results available immediately after completion of PCR without the need for further processing or analysis. This instrument is in good working order, removed from a working environment. Unit is in great condition with minor cosmetic wear from normal use.
