The ESA Coulochem II 5200A Electrochemical Detector HPLCChromatography is a used system with enhanced sensitivity, selectivity, and stability. It was tested to pass all initializing self and basic functionality tests despite being removed from a working environment and missing a foot. This detector provides enhanced sensitivity, selectivity, and stability for neurochemical, pharmaceutical environmental, and biological applications. It allows the measurement of neurochemicals at femtogram sensitivity for day-to-day analysis without losing electrode stability. The solid-state cell using pulse mode operation enhances performance and stability for carbohydrate analysis while minimizing routine electrode maintenance. It features three modes - DC, pulse, and scan for flexible detection capabilities, control of up to 5 electrochemical cells independently for improved selectivity, coulometric cell technology for maximum peak response, RS 232 communications capabilities, and method development storage for up to 10 methods per mode. The system is designed for easy use and convenience and comes with a solid-state carbohydrate cell for pulse mode operation.
