The Nikon TS100-F is a high-performance inverted routine microscope that produces sharp and clear images with longer working distances and higher numerical apertures. It is well-suited for applications such as tissue culture, plaque measurement, and blood typing. When used with Narishige manipulators, these microscopes enable a range of micromanipulation techniques necessary for cyto-engineering, developmental and genetic engineering, electrophysiology, pharmacology, and neurochemistry. The manufacture specifications include PH 20X/0.40 & PH 10X/0.25 objectives and C-W 10x lenses with a field of view of 22mm.
