This technology enables automation of complicated manual steps, simultaneous processing and purification, enhanced incubation due to the heating option, concentration of the sample during processing, and efficient wash due to simultaneous shaking during incubation and washing. The machine functions without any dispensing or aspiration parts or devices. It facilitates a good collection of bead-bound samples due to the efficiency of the magnet, ensuring no carryover or cross contamination. The processor provides an optimal particle size of 0.810 m and offers a processing volume of 101,000 L. Its capacity allows for 96 samples per run with a collection efficiency of particles greater than 95%. The optimal operating temperature ranges from ambient +4C to +96C.
