The Invitrogen Countess II Automated Cell Counter is a benchtop assay platform equipped with state-of-the-art optics, full autofocus, and image analysis software for rapid assessment of cells in suspension. With three-channel flexibility bright field and two optional fluorescence channels, researchers can count cells, monitor fluorescent protein expression, evaluate apoptosis, and measure cell viability. It eliminates the subjectivity of manual cell counting, accepts up to two EVOS light cubes, and provides a total cell count in as little as 10 seconds. The Countess II has a user-friendly interface that requires minimal training and minimal maintenance.
