The STT-4 Shorted Turns Tester offers a quick and easy means of detecting shorted turns in bobbin coils. It is a non-stress and non-contact test. By placing a coil over the test probe, shorted turns will inductively couple with the probe field and load the STT-4 circuit. Manufacture Specifications: Power: 3 Watts, 110 or 220 Volt AC (specify); Controls: On/Off, Hi/Low Sensitivity, Limit Adjust; Meter Zero, Volume Adjust on rear panel; Outputs: Analog Panel Meter, LED, Audio Buzzer; optional TTL signal or relay closure.
