The March Instruments Inc. PX-250 Gas Plasma Treatment System is a power-packed tool for surface treatment and cleaning in the laboratory. A cutting-edge device specifically designed to enhance lamination bond strength, improve wire bond strength, promote underfill adhesion, and enhance die attach. Note: Sold as-is: main board may be bad. It does not include the vacuum pump. It does not include an RF Generator either. Gas plasma treatment provides a fast, efficient method for surface treatment and cleaning prior to wire bonding, die attach, encapsulation, conformal coating, and other processes. Scientifically proven plasma processing drastically improves the outcome of bonding strength and die attachment. The PX-Series control module monitors and controls the vacuum and gas flow, chamber pressure, and power level, providing precise, reproducible process conditions. Achieve optimal and uniform results with its up to four mass controllers connected to a gas-mixing manifold, ensuring process recipe flexibility. The microprocessor delivers user-friendly, automatic operation, guaranteeing precise process conditions, from cycle duration to the safety and termination of gas flow and RF power. Moreover, the separate, full-length glass door maintains safe UV energy shielding for operators.
