The included Software enhances functionality and allows for accurate measurement and analysis. The Via1-Cassette is used with this counter for automated staining and sample handling and is volume calibrated to ensure high precision and cell reproducibility. The loading volume is approximately 60 L loaded into the Via1-Cassette, with a measurement volume of 1.4 L. The NucleoCounter NC-200 has an analysis time of 50 seconds (one step) and 120 seconds (two-step), making it efficient and suitable for high-throughput applications. The optimal range for counting is from 5104 to 5106 cells/ml.
