The Dionex GP50-2 Gradient Pump is a microprocessor-based, dual-piston, variable-speed, gradient delivery system designed to blend and pump mixtures of up to four different eluents at precisely controlled flow rates. This pump is an integral part of a Dionex chromatography system, capable of delivering the selected eluent composition isocratically, or as a multistep linear or curved gradient. Manufacture specifications include a dual-piston, variable-speed pump with a flow rate of 0.01 to 10.0 mL/min, a maximum pressure of 35 MPa (5000 psi), and a delay volume of less than 700 L for the standard bore pump head or less than 300 L for the microbore pump head. Current operational condition is 'Needs repairs'. Typical applications include chromatography and chemical analysis. In its state, it can still run but the bottom front plate, screen, and controls are missing, requiring attention for restoration.
