Product Information

The Teledyne CombiFlash RF Plus UV Flash Chromatography System has been thoroughly tested and is in good condition. It delivers reversed phase purifications at a fraction of the cost of preparative HPLC. The system operates at pressures up to 150 psi (10.3 bar) and is compatible with both normal and reversed phase purification conditions. It is suitable for purifying synthetic compounds, natural products, peptides, or polymers. The system's built-in RFID technology automates setting parameters for purification runs and fraction collection. It has an internal fraction collector, UV spectra display in real-time, post-run capabilities, and built-in active solvent and waste management to prevent columns from drying and waste overfills. This unit also boasts rapid column air purging, easy scale-up with built-in method scaling, and an intuitive user interface. Additionally, it features a TLC to Gradient calculator, variable UV and UV-Vis detection, programmable gradients, and automated sample injections. The system's specifications include a flow rate range of 1-200 mL/min, maximum pressure of 200 psi, and compatibility with UV (UV-Vis optional) + ELSD detection. The unit's dimensions are 61.0 x 35.8 x 43.2 cm (H x W x D).
