Fluorescence spectroscopy is a versatile technique allowing to analyze the variations of the environment of fluorescent probes, either intrinsic or extrinsic. The PTI QuantaMaster Spectrofluorometer 2471-MP1 has a detection mode of fluorescence with detection wavelengths from 185 to 900 nm. It can analyze a square cuvette format with manual and software temperature control. The system includes ASOC-10 Control Box, MD-4000 Control Box, TC425 Temperature Control Box, and a 75W Xenon Flash Lamp. This technology is used in the study of macromolecule stability, molecular interactions, and enzymatic activities. The equipment is in very good condition, functions as intended and passes function tests.
