The BenchPro 2100 DNA Purification System is an innovative, automated instrument that provides a completely walk-away solution for high quality purification of large-scale plasmid DNA. It offers straight-from-culture automation, superior yield and purity, and minimizes hands-on work and human errors. It simplifies the standard 22-step process of manual plasmid purification down to a few easy set-up steps, typically taking less than 5 minutes to perform. The system is fully functional and ready to use, with a capacity of 1 or 2 preps per run. It is compatible with the BenchPro 2100 Piercing Device, the BenchPro 2100 Plasmid Purification Card and Reagent Tray Kit, and the BenchPro Waste Tray. The BenchPro 2100 operates with an input voltage of 100-240 VAC.
