One-step Digital Darkroom software delivers the right picture, right away and allows you to access your images from any computer, anywhere. This Proteinsimple FluorChem R Imaging System, manufactured in 2011, is currently in Class 4 - As-Is condition and needs repairs. It powers on, however, the screen is not working. Typical applications for this imaging system include chemiluminescence detection, fluorescence detection, DNA/RNA gel documentation, and protein gel documentation. With a dynamic range of up to 65,536 grayscale and a field of view of 16 cm x 12 cm maximum, this imaging system offers high-quality image capture and analysis. The detector is an 8.3 megapixel, scientific-grade CCD, and the optics consist of a 50-mm, f/1.4 motorized fixed lens. The integrated light sources include IR and RGB fluorescent LED epi-excitation at varying wavelengths, a 302 nm UV transilluminator, and Epi-white lights. The Proteinsimple FluorChem R Imaging System also features a trans-white light via a white light conversion screen and a 10-position motorized filter wheel with multiple emission filters.
