The Simco Gemini Profile Emitter Module System is the perfect solution for reducing unidirectional airflow turbulence in a cleanroom environment. With a maximum output voltage of 20 kVDC and automatic ion output and balance adjustment, this system offers optimal performance. Ideal for use in semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and medical device manufacturing.

- Two bi-color LEDs for indicating ion emission
- Input: <28 VDC 2.0 watts nominal power; RS-485 comm. jack

- Connector: 8 pin, RJ-45 modular jack at each end of the emitter module
- Output Control: Automatic adjustment of ion output and balance by microcontroller closed-loop feedback
- Regulation: Output and balance stability independently monitored by an integrated sensor and microcontroller
- Operating Mode: Selectable Pulse or Steady State DC operation
- Emitters: Germanium for ultra-clean requirements; 100% tungsten for Class 1 compatible
