The Simco Gemini Profile Emitter Module System's flexibility allows easy positioning of emitter modules in the ceiling or where they are most needed in the cleanroom. The system is designed to minimize unidirectional airflow turbulence. This used Class 2 equipment by Simco can produce ion outputs from 0-20 kVDC with a maximum output current of 5 A. The system features a variety of indicators, output controls, and operation modes to ensure efficient ion emission. It is typically used in cleanrooms for applications such as reducing static electricity in sensitive environments, protecting electronic equipment, and managing electrostatic discharge. The Simco Gemini Profile Emitter Module System is also often employed in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics assembly, and pharmaceutical facilities. This system boasts Germanium emitters for ultra-clean requirements, automatic adjustment of ion output and balance, as well as selectable pulse or steady state DC operation. An interesting fact is that the emitter rods are 10 inches in length, and the system's mounting is designed to attach to the T-grid using snap-lock fasteners, stainless steel clips, or inside popular flush-mount ceiling systems. This adds a level of flexibility and ease of installation for achieving optimal ionization in a controlled environment.
