The Simco Gemini Profile Emitter Module System is a versatile and efficient system designed for easy positioning of emitter modules in the cleanroom to minimize unidirectional airflow turbulence. This used equipment is a critical tool in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of cleanroom facilities. Its advanced features make it perfect for applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and research laboratory environments. It's interesting to note that the emitter system uses Germanium for ultra-clean requirements and 100% tungsten for Class 1 compatibility. The ability to choose between Pulse and Steady State DC operation offers great flexibility, while the automatic adjustment of ion output and balance ensures precise control. - Regulation: Output and balance stability independently monitored by an integrated sensor and microcontroller
- Indicators: Two bi-color LEDs, one located near each emitter. Green indicates the respective polarity and duration of ion emission. Flashing LEDs confirm communication with the remote transmitter. Two Red LEDs indicate a Fault condition
- Operating Mode: Selectable Pulse or Steady State DC operation
