Product Information

The Leica DM IRE2 is the logical further development of the successful inverted research microscope from Leica. It is used for examinations of cells and tissue, for micromanipulation and microinjection techniques all the way through to microdissection or confocal microscopy. The Leica DM IRE2 has universal application potential, incorporating all the contrasting techniques of brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast, DIC, fluorescence and Hoffmann modulation contrast, which are all easy to use and switch between. The Eppendorf FemtoJet 4i is perfectly suited for injecting small to intermediate volumes (up to 1 L) featuring a wide range of functionality, simple operation and electronic coupling to both, TransferMan 4r and InjectMan 4, allowing for easy controlling of the injection process. The InjectMan 4 is ideal for microinjection into adherent cells, smaller organisms, and embryos in the early stages of development. The axial movement ensures the optimal protection of sensitive cells and the lowest possible mortality rate.
