The Systec 8 channel-alone mini degasser by Systec is a high-efficiency inline module used to remove dissolved gases from HPLC mobile phases. Its flow-through vacuum degassing chamber features a single, inert, amorphous perfluorinated copolymer (Systec AF) degassing membrane, enabling degassing efficiency 50 times that of PTFE. This equipment excels in degassing efficiency (>70% O2 removal at 1mL/min MeOH), with adjustable optimization based on flow rate and fluid type. However, it's not compatible with fluorinated solvents. The degassing line path internal diameter is 1.14 mm (0.045") and has a pressure drop of 0.18 kPa/mL/min. The maximum pressure is 0.5 MPa (70 psi) at 25°C, and it provides validation output signals with an accuracy of 1.0% of reading 0.010VDC from 2.7 to 106.7 kPa (20 to 80 mmHg).
