StemCell Technologies SepMate-50 is a new TK (Turnkey) centrifugation accessory designed to simplify peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation by incorporating into the density gradient centrifugation step. The SepMate tubes contain an insert that creates a barrier between the density gradient medium and blood, eliminating the need for careful blood layering. This product can be used with RosetteSep to isolate specific immune cell subsets. The system is fully functional and ready to use, and it is particularly useful for applications such as cell isolation, in vitro diagnostic, and isolating specific immune cell subsets.
