This automated western-processing device conducts every step from blocking to washes to antibody incubations via sequential lateral flow (SLF). The high-tech SLF enables the timely release and flow of solutions and antibodies to the membrane without the need of an external power source. The iBind Flex device ensures that each solution is released to an iBind Flex Card, and then wicked towards the stack region of the card. Notably, the glass fiber matrix of the card allows for a consistent flow of solutions to the membrane, increasing the antigen-antibody interaction. This item is in good condition and works properly.
