The Boekel Scientific Jitterbug, 130000, is a heated microplate shaker ideal for immunoassays like ELISA, PCR, and other research procedures requiring heating and shaking of microplates. It includes an inner lid to reduce the risk of contamination. This unit has been tested for basic functionality and has slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use. It accommodates two standard microplates or strip trays and allows for independent temperature, shaking speed, and mixing duration settings. With excellent stability due to its chamber-in-a-chamber design, it offers eight mixing speeds, smooth and quiet operation, and quiet and rugged operation. The inner lid reduces the risk of biohazard contamination. Additionally, it accommodates standard 96, 384, and 536 plates. The unit has a speed range of 575 to 1500 rpm, approximately 1mm orbit, and a rotating counterweight mechanism.
