The Thermo Scientific DIONEX ASE 350 w/ DIONIUM, with the Components Smartrun system & solvent saver system, is a leading laboratory equipment that reduces extraction time and solvent consumption using elevated temperature and pressure during extraction. It has been tested and includes everything in the pictures and has been found to be in very good working condition, with minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal use. This Accelerated Solvent Extractor is capable of performing extractions using less solvent and less time than traditional techniques. It uses organic and aqueous liquid solvents at elevated temperatures and pressure to increase the efficiency of the extraction process. The pH-hardened pathway allows for the extraction of matrices that are pretreated with acids or bases. The integrated solvent controller allows automated delivery of up to three solvents, making it an efficient and easy-to-use module. The product is incredibly versatile and applicable to a wide range of laboratory settings, including organic compound extraction from solid and semi-solid samples using liquid solvents.
