The XCell SureLock Mini-Cell is a vertical mini-protein gel electrophoresis system compatible with all Invitrogen mini precast gels and Surecast handcast gels. The Mini-Cell is simple, sturdy, and easy to use, featuring a unique gel tension wedge design for leak-free operations. It's a revolution in running mini-gels, enhancing convenience and reducing setup time to 30 seconds. The durable polycarbonate construction adds a practical touch, making it perfect for running up to 2 mini gels of size 8x8cm or with 10x10cm gel cassette, and up to 1.5mm thickness. The XCell SureLock Mini-Cell works by holding gels firmly with a simple gel tension wedge, ensuring a trouble-free, leak-free gel run every time. The polyacrylamide gels used are compatible with Invitrogen's precast mini gels, SureCast handcast gels, and Invitrogen empty mini gel cassettes. It requires buffer chambers with 200 mL in the upper chamber and 600 mL in the lower chamber, and compatible with several power supply units.
