The WAVE Biotech System 20/50EH is a flexible system built for use in research, development, and pharmaceutical production arenas. This modular system consists of a base unit and integral options suitable for the culture of multiple cell lines. Its benchtop design makes for easy access and convenient control. The Wave Bioreactor has a heater range of 10°C above ambient to 50°C and a rocking angle of 2-9. It utilizes pre-sterilized, single-use cell bags to protect from cross-contamination and involves minimal validation. The system is capable of handling culture volumes from 100mL up to 20L and allows easy control of the angle, rocking speed, and heater temperature through digital control screens. The WAVE Biotech O2Mix20 provides conditioned air into the cellbag headspace to maintain pressure and control oxygenation. This air controller works in tandem with the Biotech Bioreactors, inflating, ventilating, and maintaining pressure for aeration and pH control of mammalian cell cultures. This mixer adjusts the gas pressure, measures the O2 concentration, and maintains the user's set point between 21 to 50%. The product powers on but is missing components to function.
