The Allegro 9538 is an explosion-proof axial fan blower with a high output from a compact design, sacrificing no airflow, making it a standout among laboratory and medical equipment. It is designed for an explosion-proof environment, certified to CSA Standard C22.2 No. 113. The construction includes lightweight, corrosion, UV, and chemical-resistant polyethylene housing and canister assembly, with a super quiet, safety orange design. The 1/3 HP motor is UL recognized, CSA certified, with a voltage of 115V, 60 Hz, and single phase. This product impressivley meets Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups F and G Hazardous Location Requirements, while delivering a current draw of 2.2A and a maximum RPM of 3250. The product is incredibly user-friendly due to its bottom enclosure protecting electrical components, carry handle molded into blower and canister housing, and steel powder-coated grill. The included Polypropylene six-blade fan with an aluminum hub delivers exceptional performance, while the black single-ply lightweight vinyl/polyester ducting is non-collapsible and retractable, designed for use in a variety of laboratory applications.
