The Sorvall RC-3B High Capacity Centrifuge is a high capacity refrigerated floor model designed to provide outstanding efficiency, flexibility, and convenience essential in today's lab test centers. Equipped with a Universal/Drive motor, automatic shut-off, and automatic programmed acceleration and braking features, the RC-3B Centrifuge offers easy operation and requires very little maintenance. The motor armature is engineered to allow quiet operation by minimizing vibration over a full range of speeds. The user can also set time, temperature, speed, and parameters any time during the run. Moreover, the RC-3B centrifuge drive system is capable of reaching maximum rotor speed while maintaining ideal temperature levels—all without the use of a vacuum system.
