This user-friendly chromatography system features a full-color LCD touch screen that guides users through a windows-based interface, getting them set up quickly and displaying statuses and data at eye level. Users can either create their own methods through wizard navigation, with step-by-step sample loading, or choose from the preprogrammed options. It offers a 4-valve system with independent waste and solvent monitoring and four separate iso block collection racks. The flash purification system is also configured for double the fraction capacity collecting on two racks at the same time for a volume up to 5760ml. The Biotage Sp4 supports vessels from 9ml up to 240mL bottles, depending on the racks used. This system is ideal for applications such as natural product purification, peptide synthesis, and method development for challenging purifications.
