The GE AKTApilot Liquid Chromatography System (LC) is a high-performance, automated chromatography system designed for process development, process scale-up and scale-down, and small-scale production. It is biocompatible, hygienic, and subitizable, meeting all GLP and cGMP demands for Phase IIII in drug development and small-scale production. With liquid flow rates from 4 to 800 ml/min and operating pressure up to 20 bar, the AKTApilot system is a versatile and reliable tool for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. The system comprises the AKTApilot separation unit, the connected computer with a flat-screen monitor, and UNICORN control system.
