It features innovative, straight-from-culture automation, superior yield and purity, and minimizes hands-on work and human errors. The system simplifies the standard, 22-step process of manual plasmid purification down a few easy set-up steps that can be performed typically in less than 5 minutes. It has a reaction time of 90 minutes and can handle a sample loading volume of 100-125 ml bacterial culture. The BenchPro 2100 facilitates 1 or 2 preps per run and supports automated protocols. It is compatible with BenchPro 2100 Piercing Device, BenchPro 2100 Plasmid Purification Card and Reagent Tray Kit, and BenchPro Waste Tray. The system operates at an input voltage of 100-240 VAC.
