Product Information

The KNAUER IJM SingleCore NanoProducer is a high-flow production system for nanoparticles, microemulsions, and APIs. It is suitable for R&D and small production batches. The unit enables predilution, impingement jets mixing, and quenching of the solution, with four pumps, flowmeters, a jets mixer, and two mixers. The CDS software provides intuitive operation and is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. Ideal for LNP production, it includes stainless steel frame, 4 dosing pumps, 4 Coriolis flow meters, 1 IJM mixer, 2 mixers, and more. Operating pressure up to 100 bar, temperature range 4−60 °C, built with high-quality wetted materials such as stainless steel, PEEK, Titanium, and FFKM.
