The Invitrogen E-Gel Mother and Daughter E-Base Electrophoresis System is an easy-to-use, programmable, automated device combining a base and power supply to simplify electrophoresis. The Mother E-Base device is used for electrophoresis of one E-PAGE 48/96 or E-Gel 48/96 gel, while the Daughter E-Base device connects to the Mother E-Base device, allowing the independent electrophoresis of two or more gels. The system comes with the E-Holder platform (EH-03), compatible with standard automated systems. Additionally, it includes E-Gel 48 and E-Gel 96 gels suitable for medium and high throughput DNA electrophoresis. The system offers quick run times, precise sample loading, and clear resolution. The built-in features include a digital time display, programmable settings, and 30-day warranty for parts and labor.
