The VWR Sheldon 1430M Vacuum Oven has been tested to specifications and is in very good condition. This durable instrument has a stainless-steel chamber and meets all UL, CSA and CE Safety requirements. It comes with a positive latch handle and is ideal for a wide range of R&D and industrial applications. The cross-flow ventilation forces inert gas to fill the chamber while achieving maximum vacuum levels. Capable of forty step programs with four soak profiles, this vacuum oven is designed to operate at temperatures of 10C above ambient to 260C. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior with double doors and gaskets, allowing for viewing of samples. The unit also includes a vacuum gauge and has a rise time of 35 minutes at 100C. It offers a capacity of 1.7 cu. ft. and features microprocessor control, ensuring a temperature range from ambient +5 to 325C with a temperature uniformity of 4% of the set point.
