PendoTECH Leviflow Sensor Monitor

PendoTECH Leviflow Sensor Monitor is part of the Leviflow ultrasonic flow meter that provides flow measurements in biopharmaceutical applications. The monitor has a digital LED display for the flow reading, and both a 4-20mA analog output and a digital frequency output for process control and data acquisition. 

The Leviflow flow meter system works by combining the Leviflow single use flow sensor and Leviflow sensor monitor to produce a high precision accuracy of the flow measurement readings. The flow sensor contains two piezoelectric transducers within its housing that generate and receive an ultrasonic wave. The wave going in the direction of the flow (with-stream wave) is accelerated and the wave going against the flow direction (against-stream wave) is slowed down. The two waves are processed by the Leviflow Sensor Monitor, which determines the difference in transit time of the two waves to determine the velocity of the fluid.
