The Applied Biosystems StepOnePlus is a real-time PCR system designed to meet your needs. This 96 well real-time PCR systems offer four color optical recording allowing for faster measurement. Paired up with the software the StepOnePlus is capable of collecting melting curve data for High Resolution Melt also known as HRM. This instrument is in good working order and was removed from working environment. Unit is in great condition with minor cosmetic wear from normal use. We performed testing and it powers on and passes the Cycle Performance Test.
