The Dionex HPG-3400RS is a biocompatible UltiMate 3000 RS pump designed to offer an industry-leading flow-pressure footprint of 103 MPa (15,000 psi) at up to 5 mL/min and 80 MPa (11,600 psi) at 8 mL/min. Its superior performance makes it perfect for ultra high-speed and ultra high-resolution applications while remaining fully compatible with conventional analytical applications. The pump ensures the highest flow precision and reliability even at elevated backpressures, covering the full range of HPLC, including conventional LC and UHPLC. It supports short sub-2 m particle columns for ultra-fast separations, longer columns for high-resolution UHPLC applications, and is fully compatible with legacy, standard LC columns and methods. The pump is available in binary, quaternary, and dual-gradient variants.
