The UltiFlow technology provides active control of the splitter flow, adjusting to maintain constant flow rates, regardless of solvent composition, gradients, viscosity, temperature, or partial clogging. Thermoelectric elements allow precise column temperature control, with a range of compartments that can be cooled up to 15 degrees Celsius below ambient temperature. The system is fully controlled by the Chromeleon Chromatography Management system, offering a high degree of integration and maximum resistance to commonly used HPLC solvents. With column capacity for up to 3 columns of 30cm maximum length, and with one or two column switching valves, this analyzer is well-suited for frequent column changes at similar temperatures.
