The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 Fluorescence Detector FLD-3100 is a high-sensitivity fluorescence detector used to develop highly selective methods for trace analytes or novel molecules with sensitivity three to six orders of magnitude greater than UV detection. It offers four channel acquisition at up to 200Hz and single-channel detection at up to 100Hz, providing flexibility for method development or routine sample characterization. With features such as automatic instrument qualification, system wellness and qualification monitoring, and a lamp and cell ID chips, this detector is a powerful tool for laboratory research. The variable emission filter allows real-time, compound-related sensitivity optimization. Typical applications include analyzing trace compounds, monitoring novel molecules, and characterizing routine samples.
