The Applied Biosystems Veriti 96-Well Fast Thermal Cycler #9901 is a high-speed PCR machine with precise temperature control and a user-friendly color touch screen interface. While the lever is broken and the machine does not turn on, it still provides the proven reliability of Applied Biosystems instruments. The VeriFlex Blocks technology offers six independent temperature blocks for optimal PCR optimization. This model has a 0.1 mL block configuration, saving time and reagent consumption. It is suitable for fast 0.1 ml format and sample block enabled to run fast chemistry, with a peak block ramp rate of 5.0C/sec and a reaction speed range of fast to standard. The instrument comes with a USB and on-board memory, as well as a Tm Calculator that is menu-driven through the touch screen.
