The Biometra TProfessional Standard SL96 is a Real-Time PCR Thermocycler designed for maximum flexibility. It features outstanding temperature uniformity and highest ramping rates for short PCR protocols and reproducible reaction conditions in each well. The unique modular block system allows for the upgrade of existing TProfessional Thermocyclers to a complete Real-Time PCR Thermocycler. It also offers free customization with up to six color filter modules, a gradient function, and intuitive PC software for easy setup of Real-Time PCR experiments. The TOptical Thermocycler is an open platform for all kinds of Real-Time PCR kits, regardless of the supplier, and supports multiple block formats, ranging from 0.5 ml tubes up to 384 well microplates. However, this unit needs repairs and is being sold in 'AS-IS' condition. It was manufactured in Taiwan and runs on 230V power at 50Hz/60Hz.
