The BioTrove Real Time PCR 20001-200 is a used system that powers on and enables nearly 3,000 real-time qPCR assays to be run on a single OpenArray plate. It offers flexibility in experimental design for applications such as quantitative expression analysis, pathogen detection, methylation studies, pathway analysis, infectious disease studies, forensics, and genetic identification. The OpenArray technology combined with SYBR Green chemistry provides researchers with a high density format, significantly reducing time and cost. This system features a highly flexible format and nanoliter scale, allowing for easy adjustment of sample and assay numbers, generating more than 24,000 real-time qPCR data points per day. It offers higher throughput than plate-based systems and is compatible with 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 12Amps power input.
