This GE AKTAexplorer FPLC Liquid Chromatography System is a fully automated system designed for method development and research applications. It simplifies the transition from laboratory to full scale production, making scale-up predictable and trouble-free. It has flow rates and pressures up to 100 ml/min and 10 MPa in KTAexplorer 100 (P-901) and offers BufferPrep for fast pH optimization. The system is suitable for protein purification, from micro-gram to gram scale. The P-900 pump family allows for binary gradients with high pressure mixing, with an operating flow rate range of 0.01-100 ml/min in isocratic mode and 0.01-100 ml/min in gradient mode. The Monitor UV-900 is a multi-wavelength UV-Vis monitor that uses advanced fiber optic technology to monitor with high sensitivity at up to three wavelengths simultaneously. The Monitor pH/C-900 is a combined monitor for accurate, on-line monitoring of pH, conductivity and temperature. Overall, this system offers high sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility across a wide measuring range, making it ideal for a wide range of liquid chromatography applications.
